Leave and find a place that respects its employees and treats them as assets. Those places exist. It's too late for me but I feel bad for all the new hires who seem so excited about joining. They have no idea they're about to enter a pit of lies, nepotism, and abuse. Get out while you still can!

Employees are not assets. Verizon does not invest in an employee like an asset. Assets provide a ROI whereas employees are considered an expense. When the going gets rough, businesses eliminate expense (employees) through RIFs.
