It doesn’t matter that you have long service, short service, great performance, great boss, great friends and love your job. In Franks world there is no job security- get used to it or move on…

I agree with this based on experience. A few "Astronauts" were stripped of the designation and asked to move (when they declined, they got 2 weeks' notice.)
One of the considerations was that the people had stock remuneration (not ESPP.)
I know "Astronauts" who are quivering in their boots.
("Astronauts" is in quotes because it is not used in the usual, dictionary sense of the word; this is a "New Fiserv" term under FB.)
So true. We all know we have or had SUPERSTARS on our teams. Sometimes everyone was a superstar, as heart and soul in everything done.
Fiserv values are still held by outstanding associates, yet not by leadership. Not talking of managers but by those who are paid EXTEREMELY well, more than any of us will see if lived multiple lifetimes. For what? What is good for the associate is NOT good for leadership. Do as I say, not as I do.
Trust in managers and colleagues. ZERO trust in so-called leadership.
