While posting record Net New Bookings and Profits, the BONUS pool is simply insulting. Please don't tell us how great we are doing and then give an average raise of 1,8%. And if you are thinking you can move to management? Unless you are Asia Indian or a white German male? There is no room or place for you at ECS. Look generally at the ECS demographic and tell me I am wrong. Racism does exist here, clearly. The hiring of "like friends" and favouritism is alive and well at ECS.

The laughable merit budget is nothing specific to ECS. Good luck everyone.
ECS leaders deserve what will come. They are terrible at selecting teams and treat their people poorly. For all the huge investment in the new ECS curriculum and centres they need to do better by the staff because the skills people in ECS have are easily transferable to similar roles at other companies. There is no "SAP" lock-in for them.
Give better raises and bonuses, or they will reap what they sow.
ECS is in a critical state of disrepair. Without structural changes, proper management training, and accountability, the organization will continue to deteriorate, harming both employees and customers. Immediate action is needed to restore order and fairness.
