Planning to move on with my life after the LTI vests on 3/1 and wondered if anyone knows details (if any) around payout guidelines. Specifically, it is clear in all FAQS that you must be actively employed on the vesting date (3/1/25) but the payout is dispersed via Fidelity on a 3 consecutive week schedule later in March—are there any risks of forfeiting or delaying those actual payouts by leaving shortly after 3/1?
