Our VP just travelled from BH to meet with us and shared the exciting news that we are indeed getting 15% raise this year. The company has heard our pleas!!

"Our VP just travelled..."
Your first clue this is B.S. :'-D
Does HR or anyone else see these reviews to see your being ranked unfairly? Does anyone even care anymore? It just depends on if management likes you or not? So disappointed in our management!
You were stack ranked at the bottom. You were the one who received the mandatory lower ranking. Actual performance is irrelevant.
We got reviews but no merit info. Can we debate our reviews? I feel my manager reviews were low and not based on anything that pertained to my actual performance. The comments had no substance & goals were given at time we were to submit our reviews. Can I discuss this above manager lvl? I take constructive feedback but I feel I was given lower rating so that others (favorites) could be better compensated.
They usually announce the raises late march or early april so this sounds like a load of lies.
@OP+1jkxhs6kx , I believe you completely misunderstood your VP’s message. The 15% represents the number of Fiserv’s workforce that will be RIF’d. LMAO!
Awww Boo Boo. They lied to you. Fiserv will never give an increase in pay that. I guarantee that.
Not even back in the day of CheckFree did anyone get a double digit % raise. Dream on folks or better yet wake up from that dream
Ain't no way.
15% for whom? Director and above?
Stop the BS.
I know it's hard to admit. You're not a meme lord. You don't even rise to the level of bridge troll.
You're just sad. Sad, pathetic little peons that couldn't get a laugh out of Arthur Fleck in the Joker movies if you had a $10 million instant reward riding on it.
If this is the best you can do, you should probably get back to work. You dont have enough brain power to both try this poor excuse for a joke and to get your work done. Do better. Sad.
The only thing coming out of B(utt)H(hole) is more RIFs.
Yes. Our manager informed us of this too. He was really excited
