I know a lot of people that work various white collar jobs, at a lot of different companies, a lot of different industries. Pharma. Tech. Yes even Telecom. Ours is the only company with the 5 x 8 in office requirement. The only one. So stop stating “everyone” is full time office now. It is a complete falsehood. And everyone knows it. All smart companies understand the benefits of having a hybrid work schedule for their employees.

“But all are moving to full time RTO. State the facts.”

Which facts? Just the ones you want to hear.

You sound like your dear leader (Orange Stain).

Flexible (hybrid) work is the leading strategy because of higher employee satisfaction and productivity, which can drive better financial outcomes. It’s a compelling counterpoint to at&t’s office centric strategy.

I remember traffic always being lighter on Friday mornings, even before the pandemic - either more people take the day off or they're more likely to work from home. Friday evening traffic, on the other hand...

but traffic is lighter than it was pre-pandemic, even midweek. At least for my commute.

Do you have a source for that analysis?

It’s no surprise that many companies still operate in a hybrid model, which only highlights how ineffective T’s leadership is.

Work-life balance is important, but the real issue is all the other micromanagement—tracking how long your PC is connected to the network, monitoring badge swipes, idle time, and more. It’s a pathetic level of oversight. I don’t blame employees for doing the bare minimum. This company is a complete disaster, headed for failure.
