How does it matter whether Nike’s business gets better or not? Your manager remains the same, the culture remains the same, the leadership will be the same, you will get 1-5% increments each year, no career development. The list goes on.

It only matters because I’ve held the stocks for years. A part of my hard earned salary is turning to nothing, so of course I care.
As for Nike the company itself, its sh---y leadership team, and its sh---y culture, I’ve given up.
