FISERV is a Great & Relaxing Company to work for! A 15% Raise will be a Bonus in itself.
A 15% increase is wonderful. I'm so thankful to the leadership of Fiserv for ensuring our salaries are above market and we are rewarded for the work we do each and every day. This has been and is the best company in the world. I am certain we will be receiving great annual bonus as well.

I’m a manager, I recently went through our end-of-year review planning with the VP. Per the executive team, we’ll be receiving a 15% raise this year, thanks to a successful Q4. Typically, our raises are in the 2–3% range, but with the new CEO onboard, he insisted on a 15% increase for everyone. I’ve also heard that some business units will be receiving a 10% raise.
