are bonuses to be issued? any news of annual compensation increase? promotions?

Level blue will be leveled off to 0 employees by end of year. What a complete failure.
This needs to be posted on the levelblue board.
Bonus is paid March 6 and the merit increase starts March 1 but I’m hearing that isn’t much of an increase
I'm not "that guy", and I don't know where he is, but finally there is a question where the appropriate response is
"Ask your supervisor"
Why would there be a bonus? These aren’t T employees anymore.
