Because when we became an entertainment company, the view of valuable leaders became about who can put on the show on the stage on command and spin the narrative. Substance, experience, and those actually putting in the work but care not for the showy stuff took a back seat and we’ve been sinking ever since

The hilarious part of the company paying people to come in and downvote and shillpost is that the only thing it accomplishes is driving up engagement on this site, which makes it show up in more web searches, which brings more people and publicity to this forum to see what a pile of garbage AT&T has become due to poor leadership. Once again, John, you just can't seem more than 2 moves ahead.
