Obviously no one is going to organize a walkout or a union but there is something we can all do that will have real impact. When the annual BCP planning comes around politely explain that the BCP plan for your job can no longer be remote work. Why? Because the company doesn't allow remote work M-F you have downgraded your internet connection and no longer have the bandwidth for business use. You also did not get the pay increase you expected and with rising costs you would not want to increase your internet cost just to support BCP. What does that mean? It means your manager is gonna need to find another option to support your function at another site. It won't take long to realize how reliant leadership is on remote work as the business continuity plan.

@gv+1jksa9rvv Just did.
Find another job and end it.
@ef+1jksa9rvv If they subsidize the cost then they're getting scammed. $6 for a Yogurt, really?
How would boycotting the cafeteria change Fiserv? They are outsourced. Fiserv doesn't make a dime from the sales and partially subsidizes the costs.
The most effective, low-risk way to make a statement would be to boycott the cafeteria. It will take some discipline but it can be done. Spread the word.
@All make sure you take every minute of your accrued time off. You take a big risk losing those hour if they lay off. I can also assure you the company will not be generous and pay you for that time earned. Make sure you print a copy of the employee handbook in case you need to take @Frankserv to court. Believe me; it will be well worth the toner ink.
Don't waste your energy. Start looking for another job.
