Winston-Salem NC WEC, at least the data center portion, will get a lease extension this year.
Nope
A quick search will show at least 1,000 posts about California collections centers and Barnhart, OR.
I heard tech is affected from the guy who said tech is affected.
Haven't you heard, Welks Fargo is a foreign company now!!!
So, no candor after all? Interesting.
The ivory tower is planning to eliminate the domestic work force as much as the law will allow. The real definition of "hub" here is "last to close". Eventually it'll just be Hudson Yards, contractors, sales people in small offices around the county, and foreigners. Everything else that isn't required by law will go. Just a matter of time.
I hear STL is closing by the end of 2026.
Ii don't remember where I saw it, but there was a list of all the hubs across all orgs in teamworks.
Our org utilizes 4 officially, but has leveraged one other location.
Yes, but JLL won't get to decide what stays and what goes. They'll just follow directions.
