You have to be deeply, deeply unhappy with your job to post some of the things I see here. I can't wrap my head around letting it get to that point without doing something about it. Why stay in a job that makes you bitter, jaded, and unpleasant instead of simply moving on?

Awww Isn’t it sweet that someone so happy and perfect commented on the not so nice critiques of AT&T and its fallen leader. The qtip ball head stinker John.
Must be the $
@OP+1jkk0cq8p, this site is not here to celebrate happiness, freedom and joy of working at the big T. If you come here, expect complaints, doom & gloom and general down sentiment.
Complaining is the only outlet for their pain. It is the distress brought on by their gender dysphoria. They'll never be happy as long as they remain in denial.
It is not true that the company dropped pre-Medicare subsidies a couple of years later. You have your information mixed up.
“ You had the option to retire and keep pre-Medicare insurance. You decided to stay and roll the dice“
No dice rolled. Still earning great salary working full time. Would probably retire if the healthcare was still there. But it isn’t, so I’ll stay.
Staying for the easy money which is easier than looking for a new job. Posting negative comments here makes me feel better.
F U Stankey! I feel better already.
Newsflash. Those that retired early to keep pre-medicare lost it anyway. A year or two later, the company stopped providing it to those who retired. You cannot trust any of the promises at&t gives. They don't keep their word . Unless you have an ironclad contract, don't believe anything you're told by the company. They have no sense of obligation or loyalty to any employee, whether they've been here 50 years or 5.
"" “You had the option to retire and keep pre-Medicare insurance. You decided to stay and roll the dice.”"
I would be unhappy wherever I go. Bringing other people down is really all I got going.
“You had the option to retire and keep pre-Medicare insurance. You decided to stay and roll the dice.”
Exactly!
You had the option to retire and keep pre-Medicare insurance. You decided to stay and roll the dice .
And ironically, he would have been rid of me had he not stopped the pre- Medicare health insurance coverage for retirees a few years back.
Same with me but they were too stupid to understand the consequences.
Hope you ready for what’s coming lmao
Ok, John
I HATE MY LIFE.
Hey cache clearing vote against the grain guy--
Do you think you're fooling anyone? Do you not think that is very strange behavior? Sad, lonely little man.
Age.
The very thing he wants to get rid of me for.
And ironically, he would have been rid of me had he not stopped the pre- Medicare health insurance coverage for retirees a few years back.
To the OP, shut your hon key krac ker a$$ mouth and go away then. Jive Turkey Fool.
Thanks mom.
Several of which your simple mind likely can’t wrap itself around.
Exactly.... I am here ONLY because of the salary I currently have. No other reason. Simply waiting for retirement and will do as little as needed to get bye.
Yes, you can call me the problem with this company all you want, but after they did everything to people in my bracket, I don't really care what you or the company says about "our type". Goes both ways.
Unhappy? Please leave. Save the rest of us from your misery.
No other options.
There are many reasons why people stay at a company, even though they aren’t happy. Several of which your simple mind likely can’t wrap itself around.
