Yes. I left in 2023. I got my severance and bonus in 2024. My 2024 W2 was $70k.

You get no bonus if you resign. you get a prorated bonus if you are laid off.

Yes, I received a prorated portion of my org’s bonus when I was jettisoned from the shithole last year. F AT&T!

You receive it prorated for dates you've worked. So if your last day on payroll was yesterday 2/7, you get the entire 2024 bonus (which pays this March) since you worked all of 2024, and you'll also get a tiny bit of the 2025 bonus (payable March of 2026) since you worked for a few weeks here in 2025 as well.
