How did we go from 2.0 to 2.3 and what is 2.3 supposed to mean?

- 3 is indicative of how bad our marketing is. We jumped right to 2.3 because it's 2023 and skipped 2.1 and 2.2.
- 3 is about restructuring all corporate services under one umbrella (Silliman) and the strategy for 2023 (a plan/option for every customer segment).
It means tenured employees will be cut and more younger folks will be welcomed in, $15/hr plus commission which nobody ever hits anyways.
Typically, a decimal point release means some slight improvements to the existing system has been made.
