Is that this page gets more posts in a day than other companies get in 6 months. We also have HR shills and c-suite posting things that are totally off the chain. This company is a dumpster fire covered in orange paint. There is horrible leadership. Anyone SVP or above is horrible. The only hope is the new guy, if FrankServ didn’t taint him. We have remote leaders which is just fine. We are expected to use R&R time for appointments, yet we don’t get overtime. It is time for this years goals. The only ones that count are:
Badge swipes 5 days a week 9 hours a day.
Sapience time to show that you keep keying
Not taking any R&R time and not working from home.
It doesn’t matter if you do your job anymore or meet deliverables, as long as you are a body in the office.

Only hope is the new guy...
Fiserv making a great name for itself as shittiest company to work for!!
The current administration likes frank because they are all the same. Might as well get your severance chips installed now. The narcissists running this country and companies don’t care about you. They just want you to work for them and die in the gutter.
Look at the AI spies and the constant incessant request to be on camera:

Firms that aren't doing this s--t include a huge number of our clients and consulting firms Fiserv pulls from. FB always wants to compare us to retail employees for some unknown reason, despite that it's a completely apples to oranges comparison... but yeah, most people leaving are going to consulting firms that are 100% remote or clients that are remote or hybrid. And that's just the RTO benefit. Most are also getting salary increases. We know FB is snuggling up to Donnie and Co. He wants to be part of the tech bro club with Elon sooooo bad. So of course Fiserv is going to keep crushing us down until FB has no more power here. I do think Lyons will be better, but it's gonna take time. But better IS already out there. If looking, start with consulting firms and clients.
Did you notice a pattern here? It's not just Fiserv, it's the fu--ing leadership of this country. We're getting our rights stripped away. Some corporations like Fiserv have been in the process of doing this.
I'm not talking about RTO. We knew that was coming anyway. I'm talking about the level of spying and intrusive micromanaging.
Pointe to a firm that isn't doing this and I'll jump ship now 'cause I'm not seeing it when reading reviews of other companies. They want a zombie workforce. They want to break the will of the people so we can't fight back.
