Does anyone know when headcounts, promotions, reorgs, and all that get decided after the AOP phase?

VPs and consultants will throw darts on a board for what business buzzwords to focus on and hold their annual competition of who can make the prettiest Strat house slide.
It’s Day 2 at Nike
There is no “after AOP” lol. Just like the flywheel imagery that is on every slide in your leader’s CSR deck, Nike’s planning is on a continuous loop where decisions never actually land. Good luck to the teams who have landed AOP —that was my team’s AOP in FY23.
Total headcount continues to decrease so I would expect a slow next fiscal year on movement and hiring.
The new FY starts in June, so shouldn’t budgets and decisions be sorted out before that? A bunch of people got promoted (and some demoted) last year around April and May during the reorg
Promotions? Hah! That's funny. Budgets are not typically known until later in the summer.
