No love in the cloud infrastructure unit because of weak leadership, or lack of leadership with Clay with a childish mindset and behavior (search on him in businessinsider).
But besides the contractually 'bonded' relationships continuing on generating database revenue, the money-making orgs seem to be medical records and artificial intelligence.
It's fair to say Oracle is late to both and time will tell besides the occasional stock upsurges.

Larry should get out of his bubble and retire and give other much more apparent leaders at Oracle a chance to shine.
Larry's the fat hog hogging all the attention.

LJE's clothes have been ripped off of him. The facade is in fact, gone. I would expect more customers to move to Salesforce, Adobe, Workday, SAP, and other vendors on the software end. The fact that they have not is only a testament to Oracle's status as a vendor that locks-in their customers through licensing costs, complex deployments, and support fees. Otherwise, CTOs and CIOs would have long moved.

Just goes to show that Oracle is a zombie company now. If it was any younger, its days would be limited.

Perhaps because the OCI facade is not cutting it. This is a medical records company now! Get with the program!
