You have eyes in your head. You can see what all this RTO garbage is about. It's not just AT&T. Big Corp all got together and decided (at about the same time) that they were all going to do the same thing. It was also going to fall in line with new government initiatives. If middle America (what's left of it) doesn't stand up now and take action, I mean REAL action, and not pleading with weak politicians to take the proper actions, we will become like 3rd world countries. Wake up and take REAL action. You know what needs to be done! I'm creating my own website, not like this wh--e house of Trolls. I'll be advertising here soon.

“If these CEO's aren't careful they might get Mangiowned, one by one. I would LOVE so see that happen!”
By the bushel let’s hope.
Same thing was mentioned on herea little over a year ago...and it was nothing more than a conspiracy theory then!
Sheep are easy to control!
100%! Always been that way. It’s like there is a secret cult of CEOs who listen to some CEO whisperer and do what they say. F ‘em all!!!
“And we had our own desk”. Wow, that was SO pre collaboration happening!
Get your big boy and girl pants on and go to work. No more WFH. RTO is here to stay. And I like it!
RTO is old news. Where have you been? It is status quo MO.
"Pre-covid I was virtual for over 10 years, why didn’t I go back to that, genius?"
And we all had our own desks.
The greatest irony for the corporate oligarchy will be that when all of these actions backfire on them, it's NOT gonna be symmetrical, t-t-for-tat. The mob will not be waiting for a decision from the courts or congress on how to act.
NOPE, it's gonna be asymmetric--it's gonna be street justice...and may it be SWIFT.
Yes, they decided to go back mostly to pre-covid. Weird that you are expected to RTW now covid is not really an issue.

I agree they need to provide assigned desks asap. I believe every employee should get a parking spot or be reimbursed for parking as well. As much as I wish I could wfh again they are also right. In person work is the norm again.
“Buckle up boomer. This might be hard to swallow. This isn’t the 1970s anymore. Just because we did something some way 50 years ago doesn’t mean it’s the best way to do things now. You are part of the problem.”
He might be talking about the other 80% of Americans that never worked from home. All that traffic you see when you leave the house? They’re going somewhere to work or be helped by somebody that does work. We need your work too for now but yes we’re going forward with automation and offshoring desk jobs. Good luck because RTO isn’t the only thing going back 50 years.

Have a nice day.

Since when did American worker get so weak? 5 day RTO has always been the industry gold standard. Most employees never had an option to telecommute, their job required on-site attendance. Buck up Sally, time to get back to 5 day RTO with no constant complaining.

5 day industry standard? Sure. With an ASSIGNED DESK AND WORKING EQUIPMENT AND OFFICE/RESTOOM SUPPLIES each day. A personalized space. Adequate parking. None of which is being afforded to workers are T unless you’re a GD VP.
Be so for real right now. M o r 0 n.

I have no idea what you mean by taking action. Frankly, the government and businesses have every right to end WFH. Going to your office 5 days a week is not a legitimate grievance.
Sorry, but no - Stink is just using RTO as another way to get rid of people, and to make the employees as miserable as possible. Stink is a POS that like to T O R T U R E employees, S C R E W over shareholders and customers.
