This is a bad look when your company has been laying off thousands of people. At least she wore Nikes in her picture.

Remarkably average and lacks self awareness. Great leadership we have. Amazing some of these people get paid millions.

Executives should absolutely have lives outside of work, but leadership comes with responsibility. When a company has been going through rolling layoffs since 2020d., it’s frustrating to see TH openly talking about her $1.5M remodel—good for her, but maybe keep it to herself. Then there’s MD, flaunting vacations and her ‘commute’ from Seattle, while so many others are being told they must relocate or lose their jobs. Why doesn’t she have to relocate her family? It’s not about whether executives can do these things—it’s about having the awareness to lead with empathy and avoid being tone-deaf to the struggles of the broader workforce.

To the troll asking why folks are commenting and leave leaders lives alone, Why do you bother trolling if you dont want to read the comments. Honestly LT is far from the truth of how the rest of staff lives paycheck to paycheck, and CEO has a lot more work to do to make staff happy, improve the company, Its not the workers fault its overpaid LT draining the well dry. And it does sm--k staff in the face if LT are using media to publish a home remodel, LT makes time for themselves and works staff to the bone. Right the ship CEO its on you.

Like others said, who cares. Bottom line, she is remarkably average. She has done a good job managing the right relationships and it’s paid off. Not really all that smart, but clearly knows how to play the game. Don’t be jealous because you didn’t play it as well.

Like kind property, across the street languished on the market for sale, for months, just recently went under contract for less than $1.2M.

This article is all about ego and hopes someone not from the area will get the out from underneath a bad investment.

The real weath in this neighborhood never talks about what they have.

You all care way too much about people and their private life. Leaders not allowed to spend time with kids, go on spring break, or even do home improvements without hearing whining from people. Leave work at work and personal lives out of it unless it’s a conflict.

You know what’s really a bad look? This post. Set jealously aside and let people split work and life.

That’s pretty much anyone in the c-suite man, it’s what’s in it for them. There is no founders mentality with those folks. Maybe with EH, but the rest… they’re all looking for the next “big opportunity”. Look at MBL.

These folks were born in the alphabet soup, crafting their message and story telling vs actually delivering things. That’s the problem with hiring external and even sometimes internal.
