Our very mediocre chief people Officer announced her very mediocre newly formed leadership team. She has brought back her favorite back stabbers. This is worse than MM era

He was a disaster in NA, APLA and GOT. Came back because he is tight with TH.
I don't know - i for one am surprised MP is back. He seemed to be in a great place at vuori but who knows. maybe grass isn't always greener or maybe TH made him an offer he couldnt refuse
Say what you will about MP, but at least he had the guts to leave the berm. Not everyone has the confidence to walk away the way he did. Hard to blame him for wanting to come back after toxic people left.
If you value fake empathy MP is your man.
TH was the obvious choice—the best option in HR (not that it says much). I don’t expect much from HR, but at least she isn’t as divisive as MM. She has a human side, which is more than I can say for some. As another thread put it, “she is remarkably average.”
Give MP a break. He’s far better than most.
It’s much like I called out when they announced her. Not impressed or disappointed. I see her operating similar or same to MM. The only benefit I’ve heard is she’s more into technology than MM was. That’s hopeful, because technology and HR hasn’t been a great focus in a long time. Most of the time they just deliver soft projects where if you get selected, great for you, if you don’t, you get left behind.
MP coming back, meh, he was always ok.
Overall still feels like a C+ but I really don’t see anyone else in HR that could hold the title. TH was the easy choice.

I like performance excellence. A lot of good things in there.
But hey, at least she tossed BB to the curb. That dude was the ultimate back stabbing phony.
Don't know anyone in that org but everything they did recently (e.g. Employee Survey and Performance Excellence) is pathetic
