Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

ATT needs to buy us out.

20,000 workers have taken the buy out from govt. T should follow suit and buy those out that are the fence.

"Offer me a 5/5/5 and I'm gone!"

Nah, you need a fresh RTO mandate tossed at you. Get in the office at 8. Take a one hour lunch break or less. Don't log out until 5. Rinse and repeat Monday through Friday. Every week until you quit and we don't have to pay you any severance. Cool?

No buyout for you. RTO homeboy!!

Free cash flow of $17B after the 4th quarter...I would say T has the money for buyouts!

The number of Federal employees that have volunteered to leave is now up to 60k and might be more before the night's deadline! If only AT&T would do the right thing and offer it to their employees...IF ONLY?

T won’t do it when they can force people out due to RTO.
People that for whatever personal reason, are unable to pick up and move across the country on their own dime.

Not gonna happen. They want it so miserable that you leave voluntarily and it’s working.
