It will change eventually. This isn’t working. Productivity loss is enormous, and people are very unhappy.
I know that was the statistic given in a May 2023 Forbes article attributed to a Littler Mendelson PC report, but I haven't seen recent numbers.
Go ahead an vent but nothing is going to change. Unless of course you get a different company to work for.
