Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Get em

A corporation can do almost anything they want to an employee, except fire them for being too white or too old.
That's discrimination and it's illegal. The new AG Pam Bondi just announced she will be criminally investigating corporations that use DEl practices.
We know John said he wanted a younger workforce.
We know John targeted these layoffs to hit his desired demographic.
You now know the TDP program kids are not forced to use open work spaces or
RTO 5 days.
That's discrimination and that illegal.
Now go get them

It’s literally ILLEGAL, you dim witted buffoon.

Research “protected employment classes” and get back to us.

Don't pin your hopes on a discrimination lawsuit. They take years and are hard to prove. I am sure every demographic has been impacted by layoffs over the past how many years. You can find much better, things to do with the rest of your life.

Go somewhere else. Wishing financial and legal harm to the company that puts food on your table. You must be a real pleasure to hang with.

T will never stop weeding out anyone over 45. They mix in just enough other ages to make it ok

Constructive Dismissal is the term you need to use when talking to your attorneys. That is what is happening.

“Unless the Stink does something like embezzlement, or some SEC violation, he isn't going to the slammer.”

Where he is ultimately going is FAR worse than any slammer.

If you had a real complaint you'd be speaking to a lawyer.

Employees cannot even win civil class-action law suits for what Toxic-T does.

Unless the Stink does something like embezzlement, or some SEC violation, he isn't going to the slammer.

Too bad, I think the Stink's would be good head for another prisoner. That is if they could bet the smell of $hit off him.
