If the site is about Layoffs, then it ABSOLUTELY is an RTO site. You haven’t been following the news about the offers to RTO or take a buyout. That’s just another version of a layoff.

RTO is a passive layoff. RTO also promotes the idea that management values butts in seats more than actual results. Just like the city of Dallas will be protesting the Luka trade for ages, T employees will be protesting RTO
