Forced to retire after 28 years as a second line management employee. Am I receiving a team award on March 6th? Or is that thrown out since I had to "retire"?
Thanks

Yes, you will get a prorated amount based on when you left payroll. You can email HR with the links you were given during surplus last year.
Bonus payout = Best time of the year
You have 28 years and don’t know? Man I’m glad we rid some as s t u p i d as you. Stop making this up!
Like I said, I'M RETIRED.

Thanks for the useful replies.
If you're surplussed (eligible for severance), you receive a pro-rated bonus no matter how many years you have with the company. If you retired and met modified rule of 75, you also receive a pro-rated bonus based (9 of 12 months of the bonus in this case).
If you quit prior to 12/31 and haven't met modified rule of 75 you don't receive a bonus. If your last day was 12/31, then you would receive the bonus. So for anyone planning to quit in December, make sure you stay on the payroll through the end of the year.
My understanding, based on the not too distant past policies, is if you voluntarily leave the business before the end of the year, you will not receive any bonus. But if you are surplused before the end of the, you will receive a pro-rated bonus on March 6. But I'm open for corrections.

Stank takes that for himself now. Stank is a POS!
Sorry Charlie, it’s going into Juan Skunkey’s (deep) pockets.
