in terms of layoffs or VTP offers in March? Is T going to follow the lead of the federal government and other companies offering their employees a chance to leave on their own terms with a sizable check in-hand? I would love to see this cuz there are a lot of occupational employees, mostly techs that are ready to leave!

Yes, the VTP is in the works for both March 14th and June 13th for targeted workers.
If AT&T does, then I hope for your sake they don’t follow the lead we see from Trump/Musk.
High likelihood it’ll be a bait and switch. Federal Employee replies “resign” and no form of payout will materialize. Puts “They Don’t Care” to the next level.
Thanks to the union contracts, it is too expensive to lay off occupational workers. They won't pay managers 1-6 months pay to get rid of them, do you really think they are in a hurry to pay technicians 2 years salary+ to leave?
