What we are witnessing is Ericson 2.0, straight out of Hans playbook. Go back and see what he did to Ericson, he's doing the same to us, they finally kicked his crooked a-s out when the stock tanked to $6 a share, looks like we're headed for the same. Everything is outsourced, stores are all short staffed, systems are horrible, the network is shoddy, employees and customers can't leave fast enough, and we are raising prices !!! But the good news is we're agile, were so agile he said it 15 times today in an interview, I think if we were truly agile we'd pivot back, lower prices, make the network great again, don't outsource care ,it and everything else, staff the stores and pay your employees you know, all that stuff that made us number one, before Hans took over!!

Yet we sit here and upper management is preaching to us today about how great it is to work here and how much they love it here. Really sounds like they are trying to stop people from finding another job now that the facts are laid out on the table. It's a sad state of affairs but it's sickening to hear leaders trying to brainwash it's employees that everything is okay and great still. Pathetic.
If this guy can figure it out, why can't the people making millions of dollars!

Well said. This company is now just a shell of its former self and it's frustrating that the people who went thru the most sh-t for this company at the front lines are the most expendable. Corporate America SMGDH
