Just watched our VBG Product & Marketing kickoff 2/4. Interesting that our leader Iris Meijer doesn't speak much, but delegates to her leaders to share the priorities and results. She doesn't even answer questions in the Q&A. What does she really do? Just another top heavy org that has (3) SVPs that report to a useless SVP! There were several questions about headcount resources... if we eliminate her, then we can fund lots of FTE to reduce the workload!

I think she’s eye candy and let our leadership believe they are se-y too.
Perhaps her purpose is just a checked DEI checkbox.
She is very important.She gets paid as she is laughing to the bank on the verizon dime,as many are in this company
