Great news!
The C suite badly wants it eliminated or (at least) dropped to 30 days. Hopefully, that won’t happen any time soon. May no mistake about it, they h@te our guts.
Thankfully T is already below industry standards with their plan (when they reduced the management cap from 1 year to 6 months, circa 2015). They got to it early.
Been seeing every year since how they are going to reduce it further, but I think it's unlikely. Bad look with the number of layoffs they have been, and will continue to be engaged in.
The Stink has been trying to eliminate severance for years. WTF do you think RTO and all the Stink's other BS is for?
