Informed just now in one on one meeting with my manager. Severance is one paycheck per year of service. My lob is technology.

I was laid off after 40 years and got 60 day WARN notice pay and six months severance. I got nothing even close to one paycheck for year of service. Is there a cap on that?
They have been planning for a year. Remember the emails last Jan/Feb

Same here…core location, Technology > EFT. Over 25 years, consistently high performer. No rhyme or reason. Frustrating when you run circles around your peers, and they remain.

We have many mo--nic coasters in this company who don’t know how to count. 1 paycheck = 2 weeks of pay mo--n. Layoff is necessary in this company so that all these mo--ns are removed.
