Like- He's on his way out.
Dislike: He's not gone yet.
I like that he’s on his way out the door.
I don’t like his ginormous bank account based off failure after failure.

Best Thing: He is old and he will either retire or die soon.

Then your dislike is he is old which is something completely out of his control and will happen to all of us…yes even you. Are you crushing on JS? If you are going to dislike him dislike him for the vile things he chooses to be such as a horrific leader who doesn’t care about anything that isn’t a direct deposit into his personal account.
