Are you an employee? Most employees know which check the bonus is on.
To the bargained for jackwagon jealous of the "management" bonus and complaining about it...
I have little doubt you are the same tool that trolls on these gleefully posts boasting about your job security because you have a contract, while the non-bargained are worried about their jobs.

IF YOU ARE an employee, try checking HROS for the date and bonus calculation. Do the work yourself, that way you will get the right answer.

this is why there are so many cost cutting efforts going on by management. So managers can get their bonuses.

It sounds like you are describing your own situation there amigo.
Usually bonus money is only given to top performers. So if you have not received any money then that should be a clue as to where you stand within the company
