I have not seen it discussed it discussed but does anyone know what the letter says? What is the time frame if we are unable to comply with 5 days/wk. Is there severance offered?

There is no letter with anything in writing because HR and Ts flunky attorney’s wouldn’t dare put it in writing. Remember, everything T does is suspect and is subject to scrutiny by everyone harmed. The slimy snakes pass on official communication to L3’s so that if sh-t goes down they could blame it on a rogue supervisor or throw them under the bus.
