I am not ai and former employee and the way Att runs their company is the worse. Been to 2 companies since I left and the only way I would come back to Att is as ceo so I can clean house and start serving the customers instead of fulfilling egos and stealing the customers money. By the way both companies are in the telecommunications industry and are providers and they both kick att’s but.
I've been saying this for a while now. After 5+ years following this page I'm certain there are post planted just to increase engagement. They contain the same topics and wording, a LOT

Not buying it… the posts and replies here are very real, from many levels through the company. I promise you AI didn’t come here to call John “Stinky”. Many posts are also very specific mentioning departments, organizations and leaders by initials. I have wondered, though if this board is the most active on the entire website!

Forget the possibility that maybe just maybe people actually have thoughts, opinions, or concerns. Nope, it's all just a bunch of bots out to steal your precious time and opinions.
And you're totally right. Next time I respond to someone, I’ll be sure to double-check if they’re human. Because after all, who needs to have actual conversations anymore when we can all just blame AI for everything?
