No, RTO will always be a thing, and it will always be stupid. FRTO, FHY, and F the bootlickers. It doesn't matter how much you comply, all that does is change the stated reason when you get downsized. They have plenty of options. Location! Efficiency! Because we hate you! Whatever. These exec clowns can eat S.
@dh Tick Tock, tick tock. Enjoy it while you can.
Funny how this site won't delete this nonsense thread but they'll delete a hot topic thread about WF and DEI. Censorship is alive and well here. That you behind the curtain Chuckie?
the amount of time the crazy guy devotes to his weird petty little vote spamming game lol
I wish I could pin your post to the front page of this site. Well said.
You should see my RTO. It’s HUGE!
there's no such thing anymore as RTO, it's attendance. We were told to return almost two years ago. Continuing to hammer on this is just going to make it get more strict, not make it go away.
When RTO started there was a lot of bluster about just leaving to find another job that was remote. Not one single person I know at WF has been able to do that (I'm sure there's some, somewhere that I don't know - but it's not a widespread phenomenon)
There are fewer and fewer companies and jobs offering full remote. even Hybrid is getting scarcer. WF is now attractive relative to many employers since we still have hybrid.
Time to move past RTO people, the less you bring it up, the better it will be.
Old news. RTO is the least of our problem. There is no forward thinking coming from this OC..unless its for them. The reality is...Constructive Discharge or Dismissal - In employment law, constructive dismissal[a] occurs when an employee resigns due to the employer creating a hostile work environment. This often serves as a tactic for employers to avoid payment of statutory severance pay and benefits. In essence, although the employee resigns, the resignation is not truly voluntary but rather a response to intolerable working conditions imposed by the employer.
Tariffs can help politicians get elected, but they are not the best way to stabilize and grow a middle-class workforce. The costs of everything from homes, cars, and groceries continue to outpace wage increases, which has left the working class anxious about job security and future financial prospects. I would like a no interest loan from charlie from his 32 million to ride through this chaos.
Agreed, this is the second RTO post in a day.
@a3+1jk2trbn0, I concur. People should not be starting too many threads with duplicate topics. That's called spamming.
Yeah, it's not like the RTO policy isn't clear and has changed every single week this year.
Spam your upvotes all you want.
It’s kind of hard to miss the pattern here—every time we click on "latest posts," there you are, spamming the same thread across multiple company forums. It’s almost impressive how committed you are to repeating the exact same point in every corner of the internet. But here’s the thing: just because you throw your message everywhere doesn’t mean it’s adding any value. In fact, it’s starting to look less like a conversation and more like someone desperately trying to force their opinion into every discussion. Maybe it’s time to rethink that strategy?
