This multi-territory Geo setup needs to go. The territories are completely different, yet they’re forced into a random “Other” Geo, making decision-making totally disconnected from reality. It’s frustrating to watch APLA operate this way. The structure should be reworked. LATAM should stand on its own, Japan and Korea should be grouped with China as Northeast Asia, and SEAI should be its own, but singling India out makes no sense
why even have LATAM when you could just simply roll Mexico into North America, then control LA from Mexico City.
Then it should just be AP/GC. So much easier instead of looping in LA.
