3 days in, I got threatened with termination. No full PIP. They were not messing around. I’m complying until my retirement date. Although just found out my location is not going to be a RTO option soon. Next closest location is 2 hours away. Each way.

That is why everyone else has been told that “it’s coming” or “soon” or “once construction has completed” or “supervisors only at first” or “each org will implement their own plan with timelines” BWAAHHHAAAA!!! Names or it didn't happen. They have not done jack squat to anyone other than pulling bonuses and scolding them like they are children. And guess what, commuting probably costs you more than your bonus anyway. So lose your bonus or give it to the oil, car, and fast food industries. Your choice.
