I need to be seen in the office more often. I will keep pressing my luck. They want me to hand over models and data sets to younger staff but I told them not gonna do it. I have the leverage for now as they know they are sc--wed without me. The only thing I worry about is you can't out leverage stupidity when they are the big bank. And ATT management has no problem shotg-n blasting themselves in the foot. I will continue to roll the dice as I don't care.

If you are connected to the network it’s already on their servers so only thing they don’t have is your knowledge. Since you don’t care, common sense tells me you are ready to retire or be fired anyways. They will just pivot to the next best option and move on without you at some point, they are removing a lot of legacy systems so you are a short timer at best.
No one can not be replaceable.

Well in all honesty, the company owns anything you produce on the clock from a legal perspective. Now I agree with keeping some skills and all that close to the vest, but yeah I agree with another poster, you aren’t long for this place.
