Humana needs to get rid of its DEI program. It divides us. A lot of companies are now realizing how woke this was from the beginning. Since saving money is at the forefront, cutting this department should be done immediately.

Its mostly brown Indians and white women that work at this company so what kind of response were you expecting? Getting rid of either would mean massive cuts to tax breaks. The only thing lucrative enough to replace them with is disabled people. We are already seeing Army recruitment ads dropping the woke bs. The only way the corpo world follows is if they don't get free hand outs anymore.

DEI at Humana is an illusion. Let’s face it, Humana is still the good ole boys club it’s always been. Look at upper leadership. How many diverse leaders are there? Oh yes, there’s a few, but the c suite is overwhelmingly white, male and under 60. As the previous poster stated, the problem isn’t DEI, it’s favoritism, cronyism and back scratching behavior. If anything, the DEI department has made things WORSE- just take a look at the “early retirements” and “departures” of those like the CFO (SD) and the STARs leader.

Let’s be real, dude. The problem at Humana isn’t DEI. It’s rampant favoritism and cronyism. It’s who you know and who knows you. It’s who you went to high school with or who Daddy knows. It’s who talks a good game.

That’s the problem, dude. Not DEI.

Okay OP. Mediocrity isn't the flex you think it is. Serious questions here, and I'm genuinely curious of your thoughts. Which part of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has your mayo man pa-ties in a twist? Specifically, which group of people do you no longer want to be included? Who do you no longer want to be equal with? And why does the idea of a diverse group of people with diverse experiences make you quake in your boots?

So only straight, white men should be working for Humana? No women, no other race, no disabled employees? No elderly, no LGTBQ+? Do you really want to roll back the clock to when women, POC, and others who weren't considered "white" would not be hired?
