Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

S-x Discrimination

There will be exposure for Nike if they ever pull HR emails talking in code ‘ this position is for female talent ’ . Aka ‘we are hiring not on talent but discriminating against the law based on s-x’. Hopefully these behaviours will now stop and it’s merit based again.

merit only works if companies are allowed to fail based on their own actions
BUT
on Fraud Street we can pump up the shares of any company with super cheap money from the Fed

Yes or the insidious policy they claim didn’t exist where you’re held back from being awarded the min salary if they think it’s “too much” of a raise. If Manager’s are decision makers why would ANY manager bring in an employ below the minimum? Or hire a manager to a position and pay them less than one of their direct reports. That’s called a hard no stop from HR. What manager would decide to do that??????

Even if this is no longer the practice, the damage it did to so many people and all the more so females (because they’re paid less on average!) is gross.
