Has anyone heard from Jim? I also why are we aligning with job titles for industry standards? Do both of these go hand and hand?

I think overall it's poor with potential to improve is how I read it....
@1ez+1jjw7yatw I’m so confused after reading that article if that’s a good or bad thing??? Every paragraph was good, bad, good, bad - what is the overall consensus?
The expected earnings report...

Reorgs and small layoffs incoming followed by a hiring freeze! It’s going to get rough!
In response to the OP. There is no pulse.
Been saying this for years...everything they do, every decision and every non-decision...screams that they are trying to be sold. I'm stunned it hasn't happened yet, because literally all signs point to it.
After Jim's latest email, I'm hoping for the best but not holding my breath.
There’s going to be big reorgs and tiny layoffs in the first three quarters then in October there will be a very big RIF.
Not sure how to take the email from Jim this morning. Did not seem at all uplifting…
Yeah it is fishy because we haven’t heard from him since before thanksgiving. I thought about it the other day with the current political climate.
But also I have been wondering about that too. I hear HR is evaluating whole departments titles. Is it because they are getting ready to sale? From my opinion yes they are showing that they have scaled everyone back to save money and everyone has standard job titles so the company they can sale to understands what each person does.
Everything they do has been fishy since July of last year.
Who is Jim? Oh yeah now I remember.
