Been seeing mods of gained space on Tates in Publix markets. Up to 2 shelves of 4 ft sections. Why is this? Half the time they go out of date. Is Mondelez buying space? Pepperidge farm guys are livid. Is Kroger next?

The toxicity stems from how people have been treated! They have found their way to this site to vent! If people have a question about the business, like the original poster…simply as your DM, hahaha! Our DM can’t open his mouth without reading a script! So d-mb I’m sure his mommy still ties his shoes in the am. That’s how GS like em, young and d-mb! That way he can groom em himself how to treat people like dirt! How to look someone in the eye and lie is a real art and he’s perfected it!

Tightass people like you make for easy targets. Quit being so negative all the time. I was literally just asking a question about the business, and to see if anyone knew anything or if that was the current strategy to gain space. If you are a sales rep, then god help this company. You should’ve been let go in mission one.

No one? I’ll take a stab..Have you ever watched Shark tanks…no one wants to get involved in grocery stores because ALL the space is paid for. Yes..it is highly competitive and you can’t get on the shelf unless you have a lot of money! Private label is getting very good at making tasteful, cookie and cr--ker products, and making 40-60% gross margins instead of Mondelez 15%. margin…this is why the shelf space is shrinking for Mondelez, Keebler and Pepperidge farms. This is why, imo, we are going to have layoffs. Account managers use to fight for the business..now, we just give it away because their is no morale or pride…most everyone in mgmt. is in it for a paycheck. We are a field mgmt . team with most of mgmt. sitting at home the bulk of the time. We don’t have fighters any more..we have WOKE. We have diversity without credentials and it’s all stems from upper mgmt./leadership. Mgmt. needs to be on GPS. GLTA
