Remember, they want to get people out of here. Bonus is going to be way way less than everyone thinks it should be. If not for the job cut Mandate, it would be 130%. But they are going to reduce it significantly to drive people out. Expect south of 100%.

I’m generally pretty skeptical that this company does much of anything right for their employees, but if I had to guess I actually think we might be pleasantly surprised. 130+ type of year. At risk of setting myself up for major disappointment, maybe even north of 140. We will see soon enough!

It will almost certainly be over 100% but how far over not sure. They can’t have the kind of stock rally and all the rah rah sh!t about how we are making the right changes and then stiff on the bonuses.

Stiffing employees on bonuses while the stock and exec comp goes up is a story that writes itself and it will get out. We know they couldn’t care less about employee morale but they DO care about public and media perception.
