“Not true. Plenty of folks of all races and genders have been hit. There is less bias for DEI in layoffs than there is for promotions. Promotions are insanely skewed toward DEI but they will fire anyone.”
Can you be more specific in which group promotions are insanely skewed towards in DEI?
Funny how comments are getting deleted, like how low performers are the ones agreeing to move. Truth hurts.
"This is the stack ranking that is entered into the surplus planning tool regularly."
More evidence that RTO is not necessary and is, in reality, a force reduction tool.
T - the great and might gulag.
Not a single DEI hire will ever be laid off and we all know it.

Low performers are the only ones left. These are the ones that agreed to move because they know they cannot find employment anywhere else.
Is not about low performability at all, but about first, age (older age how first) and second, agreeability with the supervisor. The list is sorted but these 2 markers.
“Selecting low performers isn't an exact science. Lots of manager bias comes into play.”
You got that right. Not a single DEI hire will ever be laid off and we all know it. It’s like winning the lottery. Years ago we all laughed at how sh---y the U.S. Post office was. Slow moving, don’t give two sh--s because they can’t be fired. We know.
I hope to be laid off today.
What about medium performers?
Selecting low performers isn't an exact science. Lots of manager bias comes into play. Also other factors like location, if your division will be sold, offshored, etc.
High performers will be announced on 4/20.
Union Strong!!!
Don’t have to be a top performer.
How else do you think mgmt employees are done? Its always been by performance and where those are tied then DR input

Lol, we don’t lay off low performers. We just hope they take lateral moves as soon as possible and put more work on the high performers. Our managers are too wimpy to do real performance management.
Seriously you shouldn’t say low performers because you don’t really know what you are talking about. No one is safe low or high performers.
So vague it’s clearly made up.
“It may be the result of 10% plus being laid off in the CSO org over the last 15 years”
You gotta pump those numbers up.
Those are rookie numbers.
It may be the result of 10% plus being laid off in the CSO org over the last 15 years, but we are seeing high performers, dedicated employees, and people that due to the nature of the job happily put the customer first being laid off and their jobs being offshored. So, in my humble opinion no one is safe.
This happens every year...
Low performers were targeted all last year.
Well this high performer is about to resign soon.
