Lead role. 2% raise; 15% bonus (bonus same as prior year).

What I’m seeing here makes me angry.
Got a meets and raise was 0.65%. Based on other responses that feels pretty personal.

I calc mine based on previous year salary. Not based of the new salary with Merit increase. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I’m right.
