As a value IT team member , I see how design, architecture decisions that support our customers are made. It is scary. It has been running headless for a while now. Time to consolidate into NJ or india

Prepaid has been strugling since Deloach came onboard , systems used to work until jay gifted him his role ( that he did not interview for)
As a Value team member, boy do I feel appreciated now!!!! (Insert sarcastic noise). For our team, they had one ice cream cake, which they ran out of. After a year of busting my a-s and working through the holidays, I’m really motivated to make our leaders look good…not!!!

It’s easy to report on good numbers when you are literally buying your customers. It won’t last forever and then we see another round of layoffs
