Employee Burn Through Endgame

A recent article showed that Amazon has a turnover rate of about 150%. The internal analysis was that it costs the company $8 million a year. Moreover other articles have shown that Amazon may have burned through all potential employees in several areas.

If VZ did a similar study what would they find? What is our turnover rate? How much is it costing the company annually? And when do we hit the point that no one even applies for our open positions?

I think the article said 8 Billion, with a "B".

$8 million is literally a drop in the bucket for Amazon. Do you mean $80 million or $800 million.

And whatever the number - costs the $8 million over what?

There are like 15k max retail reps in the country. Amazon employs like 800k warehouse works. Not even close to the same problems
