Expect an email this afternoon or early Tuesday morning. The same will be announced as per meta 5% lowest preforming teammates will be sent on their way.

This job literally is soul crushing. New sabbatical rules, loss of wellness days, 50% decrease in tuition reimbursement, loss of company picnics, loss of a real holiday party, dare i go on? Part of me wants an email just so i can finally get away. Like others, what holds me back from leaving is tenure and somewhat afraid to start over when i invested so much into a company that doesn’t care about me.
