Anyone else concerned about the decrease in membership enrollment and the lack of work in SNP? Roster sizes are way down and there are very few calls to make. Wondering if we need to prepare for layoffs soon.

I was told today that they are getting ready to hire 25 more snp nurses but the lies never end so who really knows the truth.
I didn’t think SNP had many layoffs. Do they?
Yes the movements are in preparation
I feel it's coming soon. people are getting moved around for some reason already. Is it to prepare for layoffs? I am not sure, but it is that time of year and there seems to be a "quite" mass movement oh cm's that they are not being forthcoming about. Anyone else losing and gaining team-mates?
YES, Yes and did I say "Heck to the freaking Yes!!!" Once the dailers are finished with the new members, what is left? Who is there to call. ROstered nurses ate so low they'll be calling and doing their own members instead of using ADs soon because they'll have nothing else to do.
Humana is known as an insurance that doesn't like to be a health insurance. Seniors are an expensive population because when we age, we struggle more with our health. That means there will be more hospitalizations, more SNF needs, more DMEs, more PT, more OT, more meds. People with cancer don't want an HMO like Humana that doesn't pay for their treatments and has a long prior authorization process.
The leader of SNP is only in that spot for DEI reasons. He’s Loyd and proud and really doesn’t know how to manage at the AVP level.
Dialer nurses are so busy we can’t even attend trainings due to volume in the dialer.
